>> These Lions are hand crafted by traditional folk artisans in China. The heads are constructed over a hand tied rattan frame, with pull-string action levers for the eyes and ears. The tails are hand sewn with glittering ornaments, complete with an elastic tail strap and tail piece. Each head measures approximately 22” x 24” at the neck opening. “Laser” lions are covered with refractive Mylar, with produces a scintillating rainbow effect. Full-size Lions come complete with head, tail, two pairs of large matching pants and two pairs of lion paw shoes (shoe size is approximately 7 or 8 US). Unfortunately there can be no substitution for pants and shoe sizes. Child lions come only in standard yellow with red and green trim. Child lions are the head and tail only. Due to the handmade construction of any Lion, slight variations in design are to be expected.
